Useful Information for Parents

How many students are in a class?

Our classes are kept small, with a maximum of 8 students per class.

What does my child need to bring to class?

Your child only needs to bring his/her writing materials. We will provide all other necessary resources. Additionally, they are welcome to bring any school work if they require assistance.

If my child is unable to attend a class, are replacement classes available?

Absolutely, we can arrange a replacement class for your child on another day. Your child can either join another scheduled class or we can coordinate with the tutor to schedule a replacement session at a convenient time. Please note that if you did not inform us of your child’s absence at least 2 hours before the class starts, we are unable to arrange a replacement session. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

What is the deposit and withdrawal policy?

The deposit is to ensure a seamless placement and enrolment of your child in our classes. If you decide to withdraw from our classes, do provide us with one calendar month’s notice in advance in order for the deposit to be used to cover the last month’s fees, with any remaining balance to be topped up by you.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We encourage payments via PayNow. At our counter, there will be a QR code available for convenient scanning. Alternatively, we also accept cash.

When do I need to make payment for each month?

We collect payments at the end of the month for the following month’s fees.

Will I receive a receipt after payment?

We will generate a receipt in our system for every payment. If you require a physical copy, please request one from our administrative staff at the counter. Alternatively, we can also WhatsApp or email you a copy if preferred.

What is our homework policy?

For students in Secondary 2 and below, homework will be provided after each lesson. However, recognising that some students may have extensive schoolwork commitments, we leave it to the discretion of the parents regarding the homework submission.

How do I receive feedback about my child’s progress?

We welcome your request for feedback on your child’s progress. Upon request, we will provide you with the tutor’s assessment and feedback regarding your child’s learning progress in our centre.

Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need further clarification. We are committed to partnering with you to ensuring the best possible educational experience for your child.

Thank you for entrusting us with your child’s education.
